FuGO Ontology
At the completion of this project, this page will contain the final working version of the Functional Genomics Investigation Ontology. Since we are at the beginning of the development of this ontology, this page will contain drafts of the ontology that developers can refer to for of the development mechanism being used.
Draft Version of the Ontology
Following the second FuGO workshop, a new draft of the ontology is available. The current focus remains to be to develop the top-level classes of the ontology.
The OWL file is available from the SVN repository at: FuGO Draft. NOTE: This is a DRAFT VERSION and is subject to many more edits before being able to be used in a production system.
To follow or join in the development of FuGO, join the mailing list at: FuGO Developers. To propose new terms, go to the FuGO Terms tracker.
A web view of FuGO generated using owlDoc is also available.
Use Cases
In order to gain a better understanding of the various biological and technological groups involved in the project, use cases will reviewed from selected areas.
